Dubai Access Club offers repeat visitors a five-year visa for Dh4,032.50
Dubai has set out the fees and eligibility for Dubai Access Club, an invitation-only tourism membership for repeat visitors. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed, Crown Prince of Dubai, announced the programme on Sunday 1 November 2026. The National reported that selected members can receive a five-year multi-entry visa and benefits worth up to Dh2,000.
According to The National, successful applicants will be eligible for a five-year multi-entry visa. It allows stays of up to 90 days at a time within a one-year period. The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) Dubai must approve the visa. The package also includes a free prepaid du SIM card and up to Dh2,000 in credit for selected hotels, attractions and retail destinations. Members also get offers through the Alsaada loyalty card, created by GDRFA, which offers more than 20 benefits. Visit Dubai says more benefits are expected.
Membership is by invitation only, through selected corporate, tourism and hospitality partners, and lasts as long as the member's five-year visa. The National lists hospitality partners on the Visit Dubai website as Emirates airline, Jumeirah Group, Accor, Hilton, IHG Hotels and Resorts, and Hyatt and Taj Hotels. Applicants can express interest on the Visit Dubai website, but this does not guarantee an invitation, membership or visa approval. They can name a participating employer or give details of an existing loyalty programme. The listed programmes are Emirates Skywards, U by Emaar, IHG One Rewards, Marriott Bonvoy, Jumeirah One, Taj InnerCircle-NeuPass and Hilton Honours.
The National reports an application fee of Dh4,032.50. It covers programme membership, the five-year multi-entry visa application and associated benefits. Visitors applying from within the UAE pay an extra Dh650. Paying the fee does not guarantee approval. If GDRFA rejects a visa application, the applicant is refunded minus a Dh183 deduction. Applicants must give membership details, personal information, passport details and a contact number.
The launch comes as Dubai brings more visitor services into Visit Dubai, its official tourism website. The National says the platform is combining tourist visa applications with tools for discovering attractions, booking tickets, exploring events and planning itineraries. The Dubai Media Office has described Dubai Access Club as the world's first city-led, invitation-only tourism membership programme. Early reports of the launch gave no fees or start date. The sources reviewed do not give a membership count or a tier structure.
